How it works

It all begins with a kickoff email detailing the dream you experienced as you dozed off wishing everyone would get their heart’s desire for Appreciation Week. But was it actually a dream?? Before you know it, the school is off on it’s adventure to meet the Wizard and experience all the fun and magic of Oz, Shiz University, and the Emerald City.

A lighthearted contest throughout the week, with people playing as individuals or as teams, give you the perfect excuse to include tons of fun and any extra treats.

The easy-to-follow packet provides a hilarious storyline as everyone tries to figure out if the dream was real, culminating in a magical meeting with the Wizard! The focus is on creating fun and meaningful moments for your staff—never adding more work or stress to their week.

Simply copy and paste the pre-written emails to follow the suggested schedule, use our scripts and sound effects for optional entertainment, and customize your week by choosing from a variety of daily games, treats, and appreciation activities. Options include:

How much time or extra money is involved?

The instructions take about 30-45 minutes to review and customize for your week. Daily preparation depends on how many activities you choose, but our suggested schedule takes about 20 minutes per day to prepare.
